How SourceEyes charges
Pick the model that fits how you buy — long-term, one-off, on-site, or ongoing.
How a China sourcing agent cost is built: you pay the factory directly for the goods, and the SourceEyes fee — commission, fixed fee or daily rate — covers finding, verifying, following and inspecting your order. The factory payment never passes through SourceEyes, so no markup hides inside your product price. What we quote is what a China sourcing agent cost should be: transparent and agreed up front.
SourceEyes bills in four ways: 5–8% of order value on production orders, $100–500 for a one-off project, $100–250 per on-site day and $300–800 per month on retainer. The fee itself is billed separately, never inside the unit price.

Pricing questions buyers ask SourceEyes
What does a China sourcing agent cost on a typical order?
Under Plan A you pay 5–8% commission on regular orders; one-off tasks run $100–500, on-site days $100–250, and retainers $300–800 per month. At 5–8% on factory-direct prices, a China sourcing agent cost is smaller than the gap between the price you get alone and what a local negotiator gets. Duty and tax are the other half of a China sourcing agent cost — check your HS code on the ITC Market Access Map.
The fee covers our time, travel and the work itself. The factory invoice, freight and duty are paid by you, directly and at cost.
Why do your prices range so much?
Because every task is different: product complexity, order size, factory location and travel all move the number. You always approve the quote before work starts.
Can I test you with something small first?
Yes — that is what the $20 deposit is for: it funds the shortlist and is credited toward your final fee.
No middleman markup, ever.
