1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or engaging SourceEyes services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

SourceEyes provides sourcing support services in China, including supplier research and vetting, factory audits, price negotiation support, sample management, quality inspections, and logistics coordination, as agreed per project.

3. Fees and Payment

  • Our service fees are agreed in writing before work begins and are described on our pricing page.
  • The first collaboration starts from a $20 fee, deductible from your first paid project.
  • Factory payments are made by you directly to the supplier. SourceEyes does not hold client funds and does not add hidden markups to factory prices.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate product specifications, realistic timelines, and clear quality requirements. SourceEyes relies on this information to verify suppliers and inspect goods against your stated standard.

5. Limitations of Liability

SourceEyes acts in good faith based on information available on the ground. We do not guarantee the business conduct, solvency, or product quality of third-party suppliers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SourceEyes’ total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific project. We recommend buyers maintain appropriate inspection milestones and, for large orders, consider trade credit insurance or a letter of credit.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is owned by SourceEyes and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep business information, pricing, specifications, and project details confidential and use them only for the purpose of the collaboration.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. We will first attempt to resolve any dispute through friendly negotiation; if that fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Suzhou, China.
